My mother moved into StoryPoint West Milton approximately 2 weeks ago. Becky, Admissions Director was very helpful in coordinating mom's relocation. Teresa, the Activity Director has worked tirelessly in coordinating activities for residents which has helped mom become comfortable in her new living environment. Mom looks forward to the daily activities. We can definitely see a positive change in mom's attitude. The care staff is respectful and caring.

My mother was one of the first to move in to StoryPoint West Milton. When we came to visit before move in, we were pushing her in a wheelchair and she was making plans to purchase a scooter to get around the building. We are coming up on her one year anniversary and because of proper nutrition and making herself walk every day, her world has improved 1000%. No wheelchair, no scooter, some days-no walker. The staff has taken great care of the needs she had that I couldn’t fully provide for her in her home because of my own family and work schedule. I'm so thankful that she is living at StoryPoint West Milton and that I can simply be a daughter again. I'm also extremely appreciative of the staff’s communication when there’s any kind of change in her needs or care (like a change in meds or a need for a medical supply) and for the events they put on to bring all of the families together. This has been a long review, but there’s so much more I can say about this beautiful community and its wonderful staff. I highly recommend looking into StoryPoint West Milton if you have a family member in need of assisted living.
